NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Lite Carrier Board – AI Edge Computing
The NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Lite Carrier Board is a small form factor, lightweight platform designed to support the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano/NX System-on-Module (SOM). It offers a wide range of connectivity options and features to meet various application needs.
For camera integration, the board connects to Sony FCB camera blocks and supports the FCB-EV9500M Full HD MIPI camera. Camera control is managed directly by the Jetson Orin Nano / Orin NX module, keeping the imaging pipeline on a single compute platform.
A Micro-USB port in device mode handles flashing and debugging, while an HDMI™ Micro connector provides local display output for bring-up and field monitoring.
For expansion, the board provides an M.2 Key-E slot for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules over a PCIe Gen3 × 1 lane. GPIO headers expose I2C, UART, GPIOs and PWMs for connecting custom peripherals and accessories, along with a dedicated recovery and reset header.
Fan or passive cooling options let the thermal design be matched to the enclosure and duty cycle. With an 82 × 75 mm footprint, 12 V / 3 A input and an operating range of -40 °C to +85 °C, the board packs industrial-grade reliability into a compact, weight-sensitive form factor suited to UAV payloads and other space-constrained deployments.
