Camera Connection

This section covers the physical LVDS camera connection on the AstrOptix AI Carrier Board V2. Version 2 does not have a separate MIPI CSI-2 camera connector — the LVDS input is the primary camera path, with Sony HDMI block cameras supported separately through an optional bridge module via the 22-pin MIPI CSI-2 connector.

LVDS Camera Connection

Connect the LVDS camera to J13 (LVDS, bottom side) using a Kel cable.

Warning

Ensure the cable is fully seated and correctly oriented before powering on. Incorrect installation may permanently damage the camera.
